As our CEO, Andrew is responsible for working with our referral partners, educating brokers, and touching base with clients along their financial journey. He attends regular lender meetings to stay abreast of policy changes that he then educates brokers with. In addition, Andrew is responsible for triaging clients when they are referred and assigning the client to the most appropriate broker based on the brokers capacity and skill set. In terms of specific niches, Andrew works best with higher income earners that have more complex lending needs, particularly where financial planners or accountants are involved, given his previous experience as a financial planner.
Pamela is Andrew’s Philippine-based Personal Assistant and serves as the primary point of contact for our team. She provides significant back-office support to the brokers, ensuring that client files progress smoothly and that exceptional service levels are maintained for clients and referral partners. She manages executive schedules, coordinates meetings, and facilitates communication between clients and the team, ensuring that no task is overlooked.
