ZOOM Scenario Exploration

Conduct a Zoom meeting to understand fully your goals, needs, objectives and financial situation.

Step: 3

RECOMMENDATION

Analyze and identify suitable lenders and strategies that align with your requirements and send you a written advice document with our recommendation and any comparisons.

Step: 4

DOCUMENTATION

Gather and prepare all necessary documents required for the loan application, including financial statements, business plans, and legal documents.

Step: 5

APPLICATION SUBMISSION

We will submit the completed loan application and supporting documents to the chosen lender.

Step: 6

APPLICATION FOLLOW UP

We maintain regular communication with the lender to monitor the status of the application and address any queries or requirements promptly.

Step: 7

SETTLEMENT

Prepare for the settlement process by coordinating with all parties involved and ensuring all conditions are met. Follow up on any outstanding items up to settlement.

Step: 8

POST SETTLEMENT

We will provide continued support after settlement, including repricing your loans over time and determining if your loan continues to be appropriate for you.

When I first met Andy (Andrew) I was renting and looking for a home, had no idea how much I could borrow and no idea about the process. Over a Zoom meeting Andy went through my options with me and it didn’t take long before I was pre-approved for finance and had signed a contract to buy my first home!The lender that we went with had a very low rate of (under 2% p.a), which was awesome, but unfortunately they weren’t the best lender to deal with up to settlement. Thanks to Andy though, he made the whole process a lot easier for me, and made everything much less stressful than it could have been. The communication he had between all parties was fantastic and smoothed out any issues that we faced along the road. Definitely couldn’t have done it without him.Would highly recommend Andy to any first home buyer who feels they may need guidance and things explained along the way like I did. I can't thank the team at Next Generation Mortgages enough for their amazing work in helping me with my mortgage!I thought that owning a small business would make it a lot more challenging to get approved for a mortgage. NGM knew exactly what lenders to consider and which to avoid and I couldn't believe what an amazing interest rate and quick approval they were able to achieve for me.The process was excellent from start to finish. Andy and Daniela were great to deal with and with Andy also being a financial planner, he provided me with some other great info and options moving forward.
